The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has posted instructions regarding the 2009 Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery. DV2009 online entry begins at Noon (U.S. Eastern Time) on October 3, 2007, and ends at Noon (U.S. Eastern Time) on December 2, 2007. SOUTH KOREA
UNITED KINGDOM (except Northern Ireland) and its dependent territories, and
VIETNAM.
Persons born in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan are eligible.
